Return & Refund Policy
We will accept returns up to fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive the item you purchased. We will charge a 25% restocking fee on all returned items if the return is not due to a defect in the product.
To be eligible for a refund, the item you return must be unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it. This is necessary to maintain item traceability to the original material, work order and outside processing certifications. If the item you are returning is not individually identified, (i.e. hinge pins), it must be in the item’s original unopened package. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you of our receipt and inspect it to determine whether it meets our Return/Refund Policy requirements.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card, (or original method of payment), less the 25% restocking fee, if applicable. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer’s policy.
Unless the return is not due to a defect in the product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
