Q: What Does Revision Mean?

A:  Represents revision level of the latest drawing in our possession.

Q: Why do some part numbers have drop down selections?

A:  Some part numbers have different variations of material, length, and finish requirements.

Q: Can we get a copy of the OEM drawings? (Original Equipment Manufacturer, i.e. Lockheed, McDonnell Douglas, etc...)

A:  We do not provide OEM drawings.

Q: What if my customer requires a first article, or dimensional inspection report?

A:  We can provide a first article, or dimensional inspection report for a fee. Request pricing by contacting sales@onghinge.com.

Q: Where are the hinge pins manufactured?

A:  All hinge pins are manufactured here in the United States.

Q: What if I need a hinge pin that is not on your product list?

A:  You can submit your drawing and specifications through our e-mail sales@onghinge.com If it is within our capabilities to produce we will provide you with a price and lead time.

Q: What if our customer requires a copy of the material or finishing certifications?

A:  We offer additional certifications for a fee. Certifications are available for purchase at checkout.

Q: What is the difference between a first article report and a dimensional inspection report?

A:  A first article report includes all dimensions on the drawing including drawing notes. A dimensional inspection report only has the dimensions noted on the drawing.
